By entering Boo Boo Laand® and participating in its activities, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY, AS YOU ARE
WAIVING CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS.
Boo Boo Entertainment LLC (Boo Boo Laand®), with commercial registration number 1234758, offers admission to Boo Boo Laand® to you and/or your
dependents under the following Terms and Conditions. By visiting Boo Boo Laand® and using its facilities, premises, services, and exhibits, you understand
and acknowledge that your participation (or that of your dependents) is entirely voluntary.
In order to participate in the activities offered at Boo Boo Laand®, you must understand the associated risks and agree to accept responsibility for your and
your dependents’ informed and voluntary participation. Use of the activities at Boo Boo Laand® can result in injury. By entering Boo Boo Laand® premises, you
agree to the following terms and conditions:
- All tickets remain the property of Boo Boo Laand® and are valid only
for the date and location booked. Tickets are void if tampered with. - Tickets are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-transferable.
In exceptional circumstances, Boo Boo Entertainment LLC
management may allow a booking to be rescheduled at their sole
discretion. - Boo Boo Laand® reserves the right to decline admission to anyone
holding tickets purchased from unauthorized sellers. - You understand and acknowledge that national ID may be requested
to verify your child’s age for access to Boo Boo Laand®. - You acknowledge that during your or your dependents’ participation,
you may be exposed to various hazards and risks, both seen and
unforeseen. You are fully aware of the services, equipment, and
facilities offered at Boo Boo Laand®, as well as your and your
dependents’ physical limitations. - You, individually and/or on behalf of your dependents, accept that
the activities at Boo Boo Laand® involve inherent risks. These risks
may result in physical harm or personal injury. - You assume full responsibility for any personal property damage,
loss, or physical harm to yourself and/or your dependents as a result
of engaging in Boo Boo Laand® activities. - You understand that failure to follow the rules, entering restricted
areas, or misusing equipment will result in full liability being
assumed by the participant and yourself. - You acknowledge that children must be supervised by you at all
times within Boo Boo Laand®. It is not the responsibility of the staff
to ensure the safety of you or your dependents. You will not hold Boo
Boo Entertainment LLC, its employees, directors, designers, agents,
or third-party service providers liable for any incidents. - Food and drinks are not permitted outside the café within Boo Boo
Laand®. You accept liability for any damage caused by violating this
rule.
- You acknowledge that the misuse of exhibits or premises
may result in injury to yourself, your dependents, or other
guests. In such cases, full liability will be assumed by the
participant, yourself, and your dependents. - You accept responsibility for any theft or damage to Boo
Boo Laand® property caused by yourself or your
dependents. - You declare that neither you nor your dependents have
any medical or physical conditions that could result in
injury during your visit. You are fully responsible for any
medical costs incurred from injuries sustained at Boo
Boo Laand®. - To the fullest extent allowed by law, you agree to release,
waive, discharge, and hold harmless Boo Boo
Entertainment LLC, its employees, directors, designers,
installers, organizers, facilitators, and owners from any
claims, suits, liabilities, judgments, costs, and expenses
arising from property damage, theft, personal injury,
illness, death, or any other loss related to your visit to Boo
Boo Laand®. - Pregnant individuals are not permitted to participate in
any Boo Boo Laand® activities. Boo Boo Entertainment
LLC is not responsible for any consequences resulting
from a pregnant individual’s participation, whether
voluntary or involuntary. - Boo Boo Entertainment LLC may take photos or video
footage of you or your dependents during your visit. These
may be used for advertising or promotional purposes,
including social media. You grant Boo Boo Entertainment
LLC the unrestricted right to use such media.
Privacy Policy
• At Boo Boo Laand, your privacy is of utmost importance to us. Rest assured, all credit/debit card details and personally identifiable
information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties.
• We may update the Website Policies and Terms & Conditions from time to time to meet legal, regulatory, and operational standards.
Customers are encouraged to regularly review these sections to stay informed of any changes. Modifications will take effect the day they are
posted on our website.
