What do we do inside Boo Boo Laand? What activities do you offer?
There's no shortage of fun and excitement at Boo Boo Laand! Our venue is bursting with exciting activities designed to encourage creativity and imagination in children of all ages, from pretend play to hands-on experiences. We have divided our more than 30 activities into 4 fun zones, including soft play zones for endless fun. Please take the time to explore our website for more details!
Will I need to bring anything?
No. We are a socks only venue AND socks are included in your ticket! There are some attractions that are inaccessible in a dress or a skirt so we advise wearing trousers or shorts to make the most of your time at our venue.
Do you have baby changing facilities or a breastfeeding room?
Yes, we have a mother care room near the washrooms where you can breast feed or change the little ones’ clothing! Please note that these are for mothers only.
Can I drop my children off at Boo Boo Laand for supervised play?
Yes, our drop-off service is designed for parents looking for a convenient and flexible way to let their children enjoy a safe, supervised play experience. Our trained staff ensures a secure and engaging environment where kids can play, explore, and have fun, while parents enjoy complete peace of mind.
Are adult tickets charged for?
Since we require each child to be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times, one adult is free with every child or toddler ticket. Additional adult tickets can be purchased.
Can I bring food from outside?
No, for safety and hygiene reasons we cannot allow outside food inside our venue.
Do you have a first aider?
Yes, the majority of our staff are first aid trained!
Can I get around in a wheelchair?
Yes, Boo Boo Laand is wheelchair accessible. We’ve designed the space to ensure comfort and ease of access for all our guests.

Boo Boo Laand is located on the First Floor of Chinatown, Dubai Mall, near P5 Cinema Parking, making it easy for families to access one of Dubai’s largest indoor entertainment destinations for kids.
What are Boo Boo Laand's opening hours?
Boo Boo Laand is open Sunday to Thursday from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM and Friday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM, giving families plenty of time to enjoy a full day of fun and entertainment at Dubai Mall.

Do parents need to pay to enter Boo Boo Laand?
One adult enters free with every child or toddler ticket – because we believe parents are part of the fun too. If you are visiting with extra adults, additional adult tickets can be purchased at the venue or online. We also ask that a parent or guardian stays with their child at all times during a regular visit (our Drop-Off Service is the exception – see that section below). Do we need to bring special socks to Boo Boo Laand?
No need to pack anything – socks are included in the price of your ticket! We are a socks-only venue for hygiene and safety reasons.
Do I need to book tickets in advance or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome, but we strongly recommend booking online - especially on weekends, UAE public holidays, and during school breaks. It takes two minutes and guarantees your slot. There is nothing worse than travelling to Dubai Mall and missing out because we are fully booked!
Is there food available inside Boo Boo Laand?
Yes! Our Brasserie café inside the venue serves a range of food and drinks for children and parents. Please note that food and drinks are available for purchase separately and are not included with your Boo Boo Laand ticket. Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside Boo Boo Laand for hygiene and safety reasons, but our café has plenty of great options to keep everyone fuelled up.
Is Boo Boo Laand wheelchair accessible?
Yes, Boo Boo Laand is fully wheelchair accessible. We have designed the space to make sure every guest can move around comfortably and with ease.
