Adults Not Permitted
No adults may remain in the play area during the program. Parents/guardians must be reachable by phone at all times.
Potty Trained Required
Children must be potty trained and able to use the washroom independently. Spare clothes are recommended.
Water Policy

No Outside Food
No food or snacks are included in the program. Outside food is not permitted inside the venue. However, you may explore the café available inside the venue.
Late Fee Policy
A late fee of AED 75 per 30 minutes per child applies if collection is more than 15 minutes late. This policy is strictly enforced.
Ticket Eligibility
Drop Off upgrade cannot be purchased with Unlimited Wonder Pass tickets. Only available as a paid upgrade with a standard Wonder Pass Child ticket.

Your child receives dedicated, visual supervision throughout the entire session. We maintain a maximum ratio of up to 3 children per staff member (from the same family), ensuring personalised attention at all times. Headcount checks are carried out every 15 minutes, and scheduled breaks keep children comfortable and hydrated. You can also opt in to receive real-time WhatsApp photos and videos of your child’s session while you are in the mall.
What is the pick-up and drop-off security process at Boo Boo Laand?
When you arrive, your child is registered at our Guest Services desk. Our team confirms your contact details, explains the programme, and completes all safety requirements before play begins. At collection, the identity of the authorised adult is verified before your child is released. Our venue operates a single, controlled entry and exit point with full CCTV coverage throughout – your child cannot leave without the correct, verified adult. A brief update on your child’s visit is shared at pick-up.
How will I know my child is safe and happy while I am in the mall?
We offer optional real-time WhatsApp updates – photos and videos sent directly to your phone so you can see your child enjoying their session. You are also welcome to call us at any time. Our team carries out headcount checks every 15 minutes, and parents are reachable throughout. You will always have a direct line to the team looking after your child.
How long can I leave my child at Boo Boo Laand?
Drop-Off sessions start at 2 hours and can be extended up to a maximum of 4 hours.

Please note, the Drop-Off upgrade is only available with a standard Child Pass and cannot be added to an All-Day Pass. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability.
