سجل طفلك في مكتب خدمة الضيوف. سيقوم فريقنا بتأكيد تفاصيل الاتصال، وشرح البرنامج، واستكمال جميع متطلبات السلامة قبل بدء اللعب.

لعب تحت الإشراف
يستمتع الأطفال باللعب الحر في مختلف مرافق "بوبولاند" تحت إشراف الموظفين في جميع الأوقات. كما يتم تحديد فترات راحة حسب الحاجة لضمان راحتهم وشرب السوائل.

Boo Boo Laand’s Drop-Off Service is a fully supervised childcare programme inside Dubai Mall, designed for children aged 4–10 years. Drop your child off at our dedicated Guest Services desk, and our trained team takes over – delivering supervised free play across 30+ attractions for up to 4 hours while you shop, dine, or relax anywhere in the mall. Can I drop my child off at Boo Boo Laand while I shop at Dubai Mall?
Yes – that is exactly what our Drop-Off Service is designed for. Leave your child with our professional, trained team and enjoy Dubai Mall completely freely – shopping, dining, a cinema visit, or simply a quiet coffee. Sessions last up to 4 hours.
What age does my child need to be to use the Drop-Off Service?
The Drop-Off Service is available for children aged 4 to 10 years. Children must be fully potty trained and able to use the washroom independently – this is a firm requirement. How is my child supervised during the Drop-Off Services?
Your child receives dedicated, visual supervision throughout the entire session. We maintain a maximum ratio of up to 3 children per staff member (from the same family), ensuring personalised attention at all times. Headcount checks are carried out every 15 minutes, and scheduled breaks keep children comfortable and hydrated. You can also opt in to receive real-time WhatsApp photos and videos of your child’s session while you are in the mall.
What is the pick-up and drop-off security process at Boo Boo Laand?
When you arrive, your child is registered at our Guest Services desk. Our team confirms your contact details, explains the programme, and completes all safety requirements before play begins. At collection, the identity of the authorised adult is verified before your child is released. Our venue operates a single, controlled entry and exit point with full CCTV coverage throughout – your child cannot leave without the correct, verified adult. A brief update on your child’s visit is shared at pick-up.
How will I know my child is safe and happy while I am in the mall?
We offer optional real-time WhatsApp updates – photos and videos sent directly to your phone so you can see your child enjoying their session. You are also welcome to call us at any time. Our team carries out headcount checks every 15 minutes, and parents are reachable throughout. You will always have a direct line to the team looking after your child.
How long can I leave my child at Boo Boo Laand?
Drop-Off sessions start at 2 hours and can be extended up to a maximum of 4 hours.
What activities will my child do during the Drop-Off session?
During the Drop-Off session, children enjoy supervised free play across all of Boo Boo Laand’s 30+ attractions and 4 dynamic play zones – including Snow Park, Jumping Jacks, Soft Play, Ball Pool, Slides, the VR Roller Coaster, Rock Climbing, and more. Our team actively supervises and engages children throughout, with scheduled breaks for hydration and comfort. Attraction access follows standard age and height requirements.
Do I need to pre-book the Drop-Off Service at Boo Boo Laand?
Advance booking is highly recommended, especially on weekends and UAE school holidays when Dubai Mall is at its busiest and slots fill quickly. Book online to secure your child’s place.
Please note, the Drop-Off upgrade is only available with a standard Child Pass and cannot be added to an All-Day Pass. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability.
