The Drop Off Program at Boo Boo Laand is designed to give parents peace of mind while their children enjoy a safe, fun, and fully supervised play experience. Whether you’re shopping, dining, or taking a well-deserved break, our trained team ensures your child is cared for every step of the way.

How It Works

A smooth, simple process from arrival to pick-up — so everyone enjoys the experience.

Check In

Register your child at the Guest Services desk. Our team will confirm contact details, explain the program, and complete all safety requirements before play begins.

Supervised Play

Children enjoy free play across Boo Boo Laand attractions with staff supervision at all times. Breaks are scheduled as needed to ensure comfort and hydration.

Parent Free Time

Parents are free to shop, dine, or relax within Dubai Mall while their child enjoys a fun and engaging experience.

Secure Pick Up

Children are collected from reception after ID verification. A brief update on your child’s visit will be shared at pick-up.

Designed for children aged 4 to 10 years. Children must be toilet trained and able to use the washroom independently.

Available 11am – 9pm

Drop off your child any time between noon and 9 PM. Maximum program duration is 4 hours.

Terms & Conditions

Please review these terms before booking so every family has the best possible experience.
Adults Not Permitted
No adults may remain in the play area during the program. Parents/guardians must be reachable by phone at all times.
Potty Trained Required
Children must be potty trained and able to use the washroom independently. Spare clothes are recommended.
Water Policy
  • Each child must have a water bottle
  • Parents may bring their own
  • Boo Boo Laand bottled water available at additional charge
No Outside Food
No food or snacks are included in the program. Outside food is not permitted inside the venue. However, you may explore the café available inside the venue.
Late Fee Policy
A late fee of AED 75 per 30 minutes per child applies if collection is more than 15 minutes late. This policy is strictly enforced.
Important Information
A parent or guardian must be present at the venue for drop-off and pick-up.
